We truly value your trust in our natural and organic products.

Returns & Refunds:

You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

Because our products are perishable (like Gurr, Shakkar, Honey, and Desi Ghee), we can’t accept returns once opened or used.

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
